• Pictures are for illustration purposes only.
• Customization to all licensed character cakes (except our DreamWorks character cakes) are not allowed due to copyright reasons.
• Cake designs and general appearances are subject to slight variations and availability of seasonal fruits/decorative accessories.
• Prices and items are subjected to change without prior notice.
• All prices are inclusive of the prevailing GST.

• Required at least 3 days in advance of desired collection date (exclude ordering date and weekends).
• Once the online payment transaction is complete, an auto-email notification will be received.
• Cake designs and general appearances are subject to slight variations and availability of seasonal fruits/decorative accessories.
• Each amendment on confirmed orders will be accepted on a case-to-case basis with a minimum of 3 days in advance notice.
• All orders are subject to acceptance by Swee Heng Bakery Pte Ltd.

• No customised cake inscriptions for all cakes less than 1kg.

• Free delivery is applicable to orders $150 and above.
• Delivery charges of $8 apply to orders below $150.
• Delivery is not applicable to Sentosa, Marina Bay Sands, CBD area (subjected to address), Chalet, Places without loading & unloading bay, Carpark with less than 3.2m height, Tuas fishery port and other restricted airline and cargo areas regardless of value of order.
• Delivery service is available daily, unless stated otherwise.
• Delivery service is only available at these time slots:
  • 6am to 8am
  • 8am to 11am
  • 1pm to 4pm
• No delivery available 3 days before the festive period, E.g Chinese New Year and Christmas
• All orders can only be delivered to 1 location per point and have to be made 3 days in advance. (During non-festive period)
• Swee Heng Bakery reserves the right to change the delivery timeslot.
• Swee Heng Bakery Pte Ltd shall not be liable or responsible for any late delivery, wrong address given or failure to deliver the products ordered due to any unforeseen circumstances beyond control.
• Delivery charges apply only to a single destination. If there is no recipient at the destination to receive the order, the order will then be sent to the nearest Swee Heng Bakery outlet for self-collection.

• All confirmed orders will not be eligible for Cancellations/Refunds/Exchange.
• All deposits are non-refundable.
